for those of you who are going to take your kids to see this movie, just as a heads up, this movie is very depressing.  Your kids may not pick up on everything this movie is trying to portray, but you will.   It is a good movie but might not be something every parent wants their kids to experience yet

 

The movie shows an 11 year old girl struggling with depression and how eventually, sadness replaces happiness as we grow older.
