At this point and with Klopp in charge I wouldn't even be too upset with selling Cou if we cashed in big time on him.  He realy hasn't done much this year aside of that wonder goal at Stoke

As expected, Klopp will target improving Liverpool's defense. Same thing he did upon arrival at Dortmund. Prior to his first season, Dortmund allowed 62 goals in the league. In his first season he got that down to 37 goals. And during his third season when he won his first league, that figure was down to 22.

Clearly, in a gegenpressing philosophy, defensive discipline is hugely important. And right now, the only truly disciplined member of our CB rotation is Mamadou Sakho.

Stay away from Gundogan...  He's a shell of former self.  After multiple injuries his play dipped big time.  As of right now, he's a poor man Aaron Ramsey.

Ilkay Gundogan is actually performing very well right now. Highest rated player on Dortmund over season average. He did struggle a bit against Bayern, I do admit. But he knows Klopp's style and fits the system. I just really don't think Klopp is going to poach Dortmund players. Too much respect for that club.

Danny Ings just ruptured his ACL. Out for the year. That makes Gomez and Ings ruled out for the year on consecutive days. Looks like we're sure to spend in January.

Approaching November, and that's when the transfer rumors will start to heat up a bit. Looks like Klopp is targeting wingback depth, a defensive middie, and he'd be wise to target a striker.

While probably just the BvB connection, rumors circulating that Klopp will target Aubameyang this winter.

Sturridge is injured yet again, and I'd honestly sell him at this point. The lad just can't stay healthy. We may as well be paying the lamp post on Anfield Rd.

Corinthians president says a deal is in place for Liverpool to sign Alexandre Pato. As long as it's solely for depth purposes, I'm ok with it. He's had injury issues in the past and never quite lived up to his hype.
