Stewart always runs this hard. Most on this board are just too stupid to recognize it, or lack the ability to remember anything past a day ago.

What I have yet to figure out this season is why Shula won't use Stew more in the passing game. Stewart has been a very adept receiver over the years, and Shula is barely using him in that capacity. It's like Shula is trying to fit Stew inside a box. Let the man catch more than one pass on Sundays.

I saw him split out wide when we went empty backfield once. Can't remember if they threw to him or not.

  Minimal concerns here. We have several serviceable backs sans Brooks with a RBBC approach. Though Penny won't be relied upon heavily, his signing is now looking like a solid move. I'd rather have a fully healthy Brooks for 8 games than rush him along to start the season. He always was a long-term piece, not a 2024 piece, IMO.

  Nice post. It makes me want to be optimistic, but I can’t stop having PTSD flashbacks of his noodle arm throws and one finger sacks from last year.

  I’d be quiet too if I sucked as bad as he did last year. He has no reason to make any noise.
