4th quarter collapses

IMO, the ONLY play that really hurt us was that 4th down pass to Jones that JNO just missed. That pass was just lucky. Fling the ball downfield and it is completed my inches. JNO knocks that pass down, and who knows how that game finishes out.

 

Sometimes great players just make those kind of plays. It was lucky, but it kept them in the game.

Well, when you get up big on teams in the 2nd half they tend to start throwing out of desperation. It's almost as if the defense wasn't prepared to play against that sort of offense.

Overall, this defense in general hasn't played up to its full potential, which is both frustrating and exciting. Considering that we generally play our best football in December and will get C.J. back in a few weeks, we could actually get a lot better just in time for the playoffs.

Meh, it's all very well passing it off to just the elite play of Rodgers/Luck but we also nearly blew it to Luke McCown and Ryan Mallett, but if this is the biggest problem we have going forward then we have a damned good team
