Sometimes its less about the player than it is about the coach/team/philosophy.     

Sure, but this is his 6th season post Fox and one of those was with Chud who very much knows how to utilize TEs. Anyway not bashing the guy, not bashing anyone. Just saying I've not for a second thought "what could have been" with Gary Barnidge.
