I've been saying all season that Josh is getting a mega deal somewhere or getting tagged here. If you don't trust in Gettleman yet then idk what to tell you. Other than mishandling Steve Smith (which I'm still waiting to hear the Panthers side of that story I've only heard Steve's) Gettleman has been the best GM in the league since taking over.

He may be playing like a defensive MVP but that doesn't change the reality of the situation, you can hardly fault people's realist approach to the situation even if they are under rating him.
