It's an art man. Too early and they don't seperate from the shell. Too long and they fall apart trying to take them out of the shell. It takes some time to perfect. 

Shrimp are much tougher to boil correctly than crawfish, however.

It worked. It's just not embeded for click and play within the forum. Whoever runs this joint needs to install the JW plugin for Media-Tag.
