College Bowl Game dates for those wondering about field conditions

Panthers avoid any major field condition worries this year after there were a couple issues last year.

Belk Bowl is Dec 29th and our final home game is Dec 24th so that's 10 days before a WC home game and 17 days before a playoff bye home game. No worries there.

Game at Tampa Bay is on Jan 1st and the Outback Bowl played in the same stadium is on Jan 2nd. Sucks for the bowl game, but that's not our problem.

ACC Championship Game is Dec 3rd and we play at home against the Chargers on Dec 11th. Shouldn't be any issue there either.

Wasn't there some issue mentioned re: our game in LA?  It's not a bowl game, but I think we play a day after a big college football game?  Don't remember the details...

But glad to know we won't have the same bowl game issues and worries about the field conditions this year.

Good call. Yes, we do play at the LA Coliseum against the Rams the day after Oregon plays USC on the same field.

      Damn back to 10th. I only caught the last 5 minutes but some of those 3's were horrible lol. In that close of game you can't be launching those many hail mary's when you could be chipping away from the foul line. I guess no one wanted to get in the paint and didn't trust the refs to give them the calls maybe? Gonna watch the highlights to get a better idea of the flow of the game

      I agree.  The Big 12 is a good conference, and he is the swinging dick in that conference.  If Bill Self retires, that sets Kansas back a bit, and Arizona moves even further ahead as the best team in that conference.  Arizona can crush west coast recruiting with USC / UCLA no longer being relevant for LA kids, and Gonzaga not being able to compete moneywise.   If Lloyd comes here, he will be second fiddle to Duke every single year in NIL and recruits.  Not to mention the entire SEC and Big East for kids who want to stay in those regions to play. This is why I keep saying go get Mark Few.  Has proven he can do more with less from an X / O perspective but can also recruit All American players and compete at a high level. He's a god at Gonzaga, but for $9M he'd make the move as that's 4x what he's making at Gonzaga, and makes him the highest paid coach in the country.
