In case everyone didn't know, it's all about social and political climate at the time whenever a situation is being dealt with. 

If I go and get a DUI tomorrow I won't catch too much heat for it. 

If some drunk driver kills a school bus full of children and it's all over Facebook and I get a DUI a month later, people will hate me and the judge will throw the book at me. 

Dont be fooled about Josh Brown being white and Greg Hardy being black, GH got fuged because of a gotdamn surveillance tape of Ray Rice pulling an Ike on Tina and knocking out his chick in an elevator and then dragging her limp body outside. 

That doesn't happen and Greg Hardy's incident is an espn footnote and not a full blown nationwide outrage.
