Bye Week Schedule

Just took a look ahead to next week's Panther free football schedule.

I'm really starting to wish I had that video wall.

There are some interesting matchups next week. Including...

- The Aaron Rodgers led Packers facing off in Minnesota against the Brett Favre led Vikings.

- Rex Ryan's Jets taking on the offense powered Saints

- The undefeated Ravens going into Foxboro to take on the Patriots

- A world champion Steeler team that's started 1-2 hosting a Chargers team they eliminated from the playoffs (in a contentious game) that's started 2-1

Even some of the lower level matchups and/or mismatches look fun, such as...

- the Ohio teams facing off (Bengals-Browns)

- the woeful looking Redskins facing another winless team in the Bucs

- the no longer winless Lions going to Chicago

- the Titans looking for their first win of the year against a lackluster Jaguar team

- the cruising Giants against the crashing Chiefs

Lots of games with potential to be very entertaining next week

Saints/ Jets is in the Dome.

Ryan knows defense, and he has the personnel to run the scheme the way he wants it. He'll put the Saints high powered offense to the test (and vice versa).

These games often turn on how the lesser-heralded units do. Thus, the Saints defense vs the Jets offense may be the key.

The difference between this Saints team and the others teams of the past three years is that this team can play in and win the grind it out slugfests.
