A few good reads on Shula

There is a reason nobody is beating down our door to hire Shula for ANYTHING. I don't give a damn what anybody says, Shula is and will forever be the non-creative, average OC he's been his entire career. Cam still hasn't progressed in his fundamentals (he is doing what he's doing on pure talent, just think what a REAL offensive mind could do with him). We NEVER gameplan for a particular team, we just trot out the same damn gameplan every week and run it no matter what happens. His route combinations, situational playcalling, and lack of adjustments are pathetic.

Shula just will not have us competing at a high level every year, which is why we will fluctuate in records every year. Also, I've stated in the past, I honestly believe we have a potential GOAT QB, and there is no fuggin way we shouldn't rank top 5 in offense every damn year in his prime. Now, for a Panther franchise that thrives in mediocrity, it's no wonder people are backing Shula. He will give you his usual quota (which is average). Hell, even in his one anomaly year in 2015, he STILL was average in YPG, But I want a fuggin change for once. I want to be an every year superbowl contender like the Pats, Steelers, Seahawks, etc. and we simply will never be that with Shula at OC. I just do not think we will ever make that final leap to win a championship with him tbh.

Having said that, it seems like 2015 was more of an outlier than the norm. He deserved credit for 2015, but he also deserves blame for 2016. 

yeah blame him for the injuries to the O line and the lack of talent that apparently Cam didn't get as noted in another whiner thread.
