Build a coaching staff

i know its WAY to early to be talking about this. the season is far from over. but with the all the talk of firing fox it got me thinking about what the coaching staff could look like next year. so here is your chance to assemble the coaching staff and front office just the way you would want it.

id start off with Ron Rivera (sp) as hc

and Keith butler as dc

not sure who would be available as far as positions coaches go.

and as far as the offense goes, if i was making the decisions i wouldn't make any changes to the staff IMO the offense is pretty good and the least of our worries.

so if you was the one making the decisions who would you hire?

Bill Cowher, Mike Holmgren, Mike Shanahan, Brian Billick and Tony Dungy all (theoretically, at least) available, and you would start your list with Ron Rivera? Butler is LeBeau's anointed heir and he's not going anywhere.

And no changes to the offensive staff?

Wow.

all those guys u mentioned are old, will want more power than Richardson will want to give them, and come with big price tags. that's why i didn't pick any of them. as far as butler goes it may be hard to pry him away but if i was the one making the decisions, thats who i would go after. thats the point of this thread. what YOU would do

as far as the offense goes i feel like were pretty good in that area. we have a great running back tandem and we are a run first team. that philosophy has worked very well for us. we just need a head coach that will make a change a QB. and bring in a legit number two WR

    • Rods the one who needs to go if they don't win a cup soon, Overall I like the way Tulsky operates, do i wish he had pivoted to several smaller moves instead of going all in on a big acquisition? Obviously.   But RBA is the one I'm locked onto, he is too stuck in his ways and if if "his way" can't get somthing done he just triples down and proves his insanity by trying the same stupid crap over and over, the facebook casuals will be like but but but 8 years in a row making the playoffs.... yes we'll guess what we should have at least a cup to show for it, yes only one team wins every year but this year will be the 8th consecutive year making the playoffs.... heck none of us even get excited about that and haven't in four years minimum.  Our top guys are nearing the peak of their prime the time is now, but the canes seem content to stand pat and "make the playoffs" anther 5-8 years in a row.
    • #Panthers TE Tommy Tremble has a $2 million guarantee that is triggered today at 4 p.m. I don’t expect any movement there, fwiw. Tremble is due a $3.67 million base salary this season. He has another $2.4 million in incentives on his deal, per Over the Cap. https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/2032117015121391697?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
    • If we could somehow get Salyer and Decker I'd take both and trade Stone Forsyth for a barrel of trash can punch.
