Teams becoming more comfortable with Joe Mixon, than Dalvin Cook

I know we won't but I would love to see Mixon in Black, Blue and White.  He is fast, strong and can cut well.

I saw that Rich Eisen thing where he was on the show.

Hardy was stupid and had he showed a little remorse and not be so damn cocky he could have hung around a while.   While I agree a first is too damn steep but at 64 if he is still there and we haven't taken a RB yet.  We have a bunch of great guys that could take him under their wing.

Here is a question for you.   Say Thomas Davis or Cam walks up to Dave Gettleman and say "Draft Mixon and I will be his mentor"  If you're Dave Gettleman do you listen?

Mixon is not on Gil Brandt's Top 150 prospects and now this:

Quote

Profootballtalk's Mike Florio passes along "palpable buzz" that Oklahoma RB Joe Mixon "could linger much longer than expected" in the NFL draft.

Per Florio, "multiple league sources who have investigated the situation believe that Mixon may be waiting beyond round two or three." Another source "suggested" to Florio that "Mixon possibly won't be drafted at all." NFL.com analyst and longtime league insider Gil Brandt recently posted a ranking of this year's top-150 draft prospects, and Mixon wasn't included. The draftnik community has seemed convinced Mixon will be drafted early in the second round.
