So you were in the room when Gentleman was fired? I know what's out there, but I don't necessarily believe everything I read or see in the news, especially when it's based on unnamed sources and I couldn't care less about what Jon Beason or DeAngelo Williams say about it.

Just listen to Hurney's press conference. "Communication" was brought up several times and he literally said it wasn't a knee jerk decision. 

"Communication" or rather the manner in which he went about it, was also cited as a reason for the disconnect with Bill Polian.

As mentioned elsewhere, Polian has a ring. Heck, so does Gettleman.

As an executive, Jerry Richardson has now parted ways with two guys who built successful teams here - and were part of Super Bowl winning efforts elsewhere - because they weren't"nice enough" in how they went about it.

He and the organization he controls still boast no rings.
