Unusual Suspects Did Their Jobs

Rivera, Shula, Gano, Funchess...  all called/played masterfully.  I've personally called for each of their heads, so I must give them credit where it is due.  Good showing by all of the above...

Did not think i'd ever see a game where we managed the game well, including timeouts, developed a rhythm offensively, showed effective creativity (inside screen, misdirection screens, well-timed QB draws), showed good play diversity, got to the line regularly with 18+ seconds on the clock, AND Funchess was killing a really, really good corner in Butler, while Gano actually came through in the clutch.

Good job fellas, keep it up!

That and the known quantities did their parts as well, Luke had 14 tackles, Pep with 2 sacks and several other pressures, Star destroyed a couple run plays.

I'd say Gano is more of a usual suspect despite a few missed kicks so far this season, but the others I definitely agree with.
