So basically Young takes over or he's a bust. He's not Cam Newton and isn't a franchise QB. Whether we like it or not Young is QB1 and he's a game manager, at best. -
That, is such a huge job - completely changing from the ground up. You can do it and do reps all perfect, but will you trust it in a game or revert to the easy comfortable way you always did it? That is what has to be proven. It needs to be even more ingrained than the old way to supplant it. And I don’t have faith they can do it, but maybe he can drill some reliability in. -
