Realistically speaking, this team needs a retooling, not a rebuild.

Our Panthers still have a relatively young core with explosive young receivers and a budding star at corner in Jackson. Luke and Cam both have 4-5 years left in their primes. The O-line minus Kalil is young across the board. 

Hurney, or the new GM if the team goes limp and finishes 7-9 or some poo, needs to draft a D-lineman in a class that is stacked with them. Then go linebacker or safety in the 2nd round. 

I don't think Ron gets canned unless we lose out.

We absolutely need a new GM.  I would like a new HC but I know that likely means a new OC...which I do not want.
