I'm going to tell you something; what I heard from this kid, during this interview. This kid has TRUE leadership qualities (based on this media session). Biggest quality of a leader: Emotional maturity! This guy was as cool as a cucumber during this whole interrogation; Ummm...true leadership "intangibles/qualities", whatever you want to paint it. 

During the interview, one can tell just what kind of figure and influence Cam is within the Panthers organization, and one of the first things Heinicke did, was to give credence to that fact. But mostly, WOW; Hienicke! Despite having a difficult last name to spell you handled yourself like a freaking warrior during your first official "I'm starting" questionnaire.

Based on your "headiness" HELL yeah, I'm in!.... Show me something, Mr. Favre! NICE job!
