When you think about that in the context of "treatment" it kind of adds a new wrinkle to the situation...

Can you point me to some  evidence that mental health staff are now a part of the process ?

Depends on what his goals are.............if it is to own a superbowl ring with this team.............well then yes.

If it is to win a super bowl ring with any other team from a trade before he gets a career ending injury?............yes again.

The guy should have learned to be a pocket passer or else a wide receiver.........
