Untrue. We could fail him on a physical/workout just to get rid of him, another team could say he passed and sign him. 

I agree with I can’t remember who(sorry!) but someone in All-Pro recently said they hope this is the scenario just so he goes somewhere to ball out, kill it and shove it in Tepper/Hurney/Rhules face.

Honestly, that would be hilarious and awesome besides having to listen to Red and Ace cry for multiple seasons about how stupid the panthers were.

Cam said he would definitely be back then the media essentially went to Tepper and said, is Cam lying about what he said?

The Panthers franchise continuing to be the joke of the league for other teams to laugh at is the last thing I want.

I would like to avoid waiting 40 something years to finally notch back to back winning seasons like the Falcons.

You just don’t get it. Read what Tepper, Hurney and Rhule have all said(or haven’t said in some cases).

Cam says he wants to be here. Because he does. That’s that, that doesn’t mean the other 4 people and ultimate one person that make the choice have the same opinion. If they wanted cam back for sure they would have said so by now.

Tepper and Cam can have the best relationship ever. That doesn’t mean at the end of the day Tepper won’t make a business decision.

Everybody was completely surprised the day it was news Rhule was our new Head Coach ..

Everybody was like, oh wow, this is coming out of Left Field - nothing had suggested Rhule would be our HC and everything suggested it would be McDaniels

When everybody thinks one thing, the other thing usually happens ..

I've been over the possible realities of Newton's future with the team adnausem. I have accepted the possibility of his exit.

Regardless of what happens with Newton, we need a viable option at quarterback. Allen and Grier aren't inspiring confidence in anything. I've already said for as much talk as we've seen about tanking for 2021 we have to consider taking our guy this year, and moving up to do so if necessary. Nothing is guaranteed in trying to be the worst team for the top overall pick. The Dolphins tried in multiple ways and still failed.

And don’t get me wrong. I’m of the opinion to play Cam this year and see what happens. You just have to look at the realities of the situation.

I don’t like this QB draft class and think they will all bust out of the top ones. Tua can’t take a hit from a college player imagine what happens when someone like Luke gets ahold of him(think about the time Luke killed Manziel). Burrow is going to bust no matter where he goes. 

Im of the opinion we keep Cam in, keep Allen or find another vet backup. Work to putting all the other pieces in place and then look to QB next year. Maybe keep cam and draft a successor, maybe go straight into a rookie. If cam can’t win with the supporting cast and defense given to him this year than no one cam.

I’d love if we could actually get Teddy personally he’s slightly younger and could become a stalwart of the new regime. I think he would fit really well into a Brady scheme. But that’s just me.

Like I said. I want Teddy this year if we get rid of Cam. He’d fit very well in a Brady scheme. It seems his injuries are past him(knock on wood). 

As for tanking, I don’t think we tank on purpose. But I think we end up a shitty losing team if we don’t rebuild or D and fix our OL. Even with Cam. 

In a perfect would we keep Cam for this year, fix poo and he balls out.
