So with Pepper's 20 million dollars next year

Well after we clean house (coaching staff)

QB: I highly doubt denver lets Orton go but he would be the ideal QB for this system, makes the right throws, accurate, and not turnover happy.

Option 2: if were going to develop a new QB Kellen Clemens would be choice, he has a strong arm, and mobile.

WR: **Again if the coaching staff is gone we could bring in a young jerry rice and still get no production out of him due to the incompetence of developing young players**

-But with all that cap money not bringing in a good receiver this off-season would be retarded so Vincent jackson would be an ideal choice he brings good speed, strength and size plus he can block downfield.

Option 2: Or Chris Henry but Cinncy more than likely resigns him.

DL: With Peppers gone we need to sign the ideal Cover 2 defensive end and I believe that's Mark Anderson in Chicago He's reminds me alot of Osi Umenyora, Plus he should be cheap.

A year ago I would have said to sign the biggest meanest NT you could find but our DL coach has gotten the most out of our DL in such a short time so now the NT need is not as apparent, but definitely an upgrade with the cap. I would definitely like to see one of the Green Bay DT's in a panthers Uniform, but Barry Cofield would be choice being part the the Super Bowl Winning Defensive Line of the Giants.

CB: Only concern here is if Richard is not resigned, I highly doubt espicially since he's doing fairly well for being a first time starter, But if he's not resigned I would love to see Marlin Jackson *A former Meeks pupil* in Carolina next year.

Or we could re-sign him to a back loaded contract that would eat up about 6-10 million a year until his last year and then cut him. I would prefer to keep him hear as long as we don't overpay.

As far as free agents, def need a QB, I don't know that I would rather draft one with our second round pick there should be someone pretty darn good there if we can get lucky. Need some WR help too. Moose will be gone next year more than likely.

If we can keep our defense in tack we shouldn't have any issues next year, we need to fix the offense.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
