If the Saints go undefeated, that will suck so bad I might actually shed a tear. To have to listen to those inbred looney tune fans with their stupid costumes and "Who dat" illiterate crap for the rest of my life bragging about going 16-0 would blow big time. Seeing the Saints lose one or two in the regular season and then crash and burn in the playoffs would be epic though.

I tell ya, it would be something for one of the worse teams in the history of the NFL to go 19-0.....that would suck, cuz those Aints fans would be more obnoxious than any Cowtwat fan could ever be. But to me? 4-12 would suck more especially after last year.

Saint's going 16-0 would definitely be worse. We're out of the playoffs at 4-7, we can't be any more out of them at 4-12. Plus, a 4-12 season only lasts for that season... Saint's going 16-0 would be brought up by Aint's fans every fifteen minutes for all of eternity.

This! Exactly.

Panthers losing out is much worse. If you would rather lose out than watch a division rival have a great season, then you're just bitter. Ask any Panthers player what they would rather see, in fact ask any player on any team if there is any situation where losing out is even hinted at as a better scenario and you'll get Frye'd.

Besides, the Saints having a perfect regular season just makes it that much more painful when they blow it in the playoffs.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
