The best thing about this is how they respond to Bozeman's play when the defense is on the bench. 

Also--even if Shaq doesn't come back, he's shown growth as a leader.  You can see it, has been nice to have him most of the time.

He is a likely cap casualty this offseason but he's really grown into his own since Luke & TD left.  Not a world beater, but a solid damn teammate, leader and does have some strong moments.
