the biggest thing is our defense being able to keep the pats out of the end zone. the pats defense looks really weak right now. it's been falling apart all season but it's bordering on pathetic right now. based on what i have been seeing, i don't see our offense having much problem. only thing really holding it back will be playcalling.

our defense had some major issues with giving up yardage but overall didn't look bad. giving up yardage is ugly, dangerous, but acceptable. giving up points, especially in the red zone, not so much. their offense is a lot stronger than the bucs for sure but i think the defense should be able to keep it close.

what scares me about this game is we are going into boston with the pats coming off a 2 game losing streak.....not good. they haven't lost 2 in a row since 2006 and they came off of that beating the packers in green bay 35-0. the good thing is...that wasn't the weaker 2009 version of the pats that we see now. still, that isn't something i want to be walking into.

Yeah...the Bucs were in the Red Zone SEVEN times yesterday and came away with only two FGs. What do we all think Brady will do in that situtation? Yep. We can't play Bend But Don't Break against the Pats. We didn't against the Saints, but that's just because we know them so well. Fox and Meeks will have to come up with something special that's for sure. Meeks DOES know them though, so that's good news.

It's tough to be confident given that we are 0-3 against the AFC East this year, and we're now playing a ticked off Pats team in Foxboro. This was one of the losses that I figured we were going to have since the schedule was released in April and I don't see much of a reason to change my mind at this point.

Which means that the Panthers will probably pull off the upset.
