Sounds like what we'd like Houston to believe so they'll trade up with us. If they think we're fine with Richardson at pick 4, then they might believe we're actually wiling to trade with Indy. I don't think we are. I think Houston is our only trade target and we want them to come up just to block the Colts from getting their guy. 

Stroud is going to be our QB, whether we take him at 1 or 2.
