Well that's the problem, because as the other post here below says, he also said "to make sure he's ready to go", which is classic coach speak, both saying there is concern and then saying the other which makes it sound like they'd expect him to be able to play and need to confirm it tomorrow. Did they shut him down because he legit got hurt or because he felt a small tweak and they did it as a precaution (which does happen all the time too), that's the question at hand. -
follow up question was, is it a serious concern or do you feel pretty optimistic. Canales: "concern. concerned. Certainly so" -
I tend to prefer quotes vs our hack media interpretations. "Something popped up in practice, so you know we shut him down for part of it." "We'll look at him again tomorrow morning, though, just to make sure that he's ready to go," Canales said. "We'll just take a look at him tomorrow and see where he's at, hoping he can go."
