Elite NO, Seasoned Yes.

Your list is off you added Joe Montana and in 1991 he was injured. You skipped Washington Redskins in 1992 So your list should read as follows.

09' Ben Roethlisburger 5yrsSantana Holmes 80.1 24th

08' Eli Manning 4 Yrs Rating 73.9 25th

07' Peyton Manning 9 Yrs 101.0 1st

06' Ben Roethlisburger 2yrsHine Ward 98.6 4th

05' Tom Brady 5 yrs Deion Branch 92.6 9th

04' Tom Brady 4 yrs85.9 10th

03' Brad Johnson 10 yrsDexter Jackson 92.9 3rd

02' Tom Brady 2 yrs 86.5 6th

01' Trent Dilfer 7 yrsRay Lewis 76.6 20th

00' Kurt Warner 6 yrs **Drafted in 1994** 109.2 1st

99' John Elway 16yr 93.0 5th

98' John Elway 15yr Terrell Davis 87.5 7th

97' Brett Favre 7 yrsDesmond Howard 95.8 2nd

96' Troy Aikman 8 yrsLarry Brown 93.6 3rd

95' Steve Young 10 yrs 112.8 1st

94' Troy Aikman 6 yrs Emmitt Smith 99.0 2nd

93' Troy Aikman 5 yrs 89.5 3rd

92' Mark Rypien 7 Yrs 97.9 2nd

91' Jeff Hostetler 8 yrswas the QB NOT Phil Simms** Otis AndersonN/R Simms 92.7 4th

90' Joe Montana 12 Yrs 112.4 1st

**90-91 Season Jeff Hostetler didn't qualify for a rating according to NFL.com**

Italics Super Bowl MVP 10 QB's, 3 RB, 3 WR, 3 DEF, 1 KR/PR

Tom Brady and Eli were the only QB with less than 5 yrs experience to win MVP. Big Ben though young was carried by defense and an incredible running game.

The Average years of experience is 7.4 yrs

The overall Average rating is 93.5 7th

The average QB rating in the last 10 Yrs 10th

The average QB rating from 11-20yrs 3rd

So manipulating the numbers (which anyone can do) I can safely say if your QB has 7 yrs of experience and in the top 10 in passer rating he can win the Super Bowl. Regardless of NAME OR STATUS.

Some of the Names that apparently are NOT ELITE QB's Cause they didn't win the Super Bowl. Boomer Esiason, Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, Bernie Kosar, Dan Marino, Steve DeBerg, Randall Cunningham, Drew Bledsoe, Mark Brunell and many more. I left off many QB's that were solid QB's for many years.
