Anybody have dish network?

lightsout

I can't find FSS now. No longer have Time Warner. Have Dish Network. I've flipped through the channels numerous times and can't locate a live Hurricanes game to save my life (although I've watched 2 Vancouver games and 1 Pens game). Any help at all? I need my fix.:(

Yeah. I found the Fox Sports South for sure. And I found Versus (even though its pointless this season). But if it turns out to be Thrashers/Hawks I will flip. I do have NHL network so I can at least get a pretty lengthy high light. Just wanna watch the games. Only problem is it doesn't say on the guide what kind of game it is. It's just "select HD games scheduled" for the 7-10 time frame tomorrow.

You know all those annoying "sports alternate" channels? Your games will be found on those, complete with Carolina feeds. Check the Dish network website listings on the day of the game, it'll tell you all the different versions you'll be able to find. Sometimes, though, it is the opposing teams feed that you have to watch.

For future reference, it works magic when there are basketball, baseball, and hockey games you want to watch live simultaneously.

For searchable complete listings (including alternate channels) check here:

Requires a zip code, alternate programming seems subject to your location. Hope that helps!

EDIT: Forgot to say, a limited number of the games for both the Bobcats and Hurricanes are gonna require the premium services to see. Just one of those things, ya know?

    • Great teams build through the draft and have several young players that start that are on rookie contracts. It's important to hit on players in rounds 4 thru 7.  These should be future starters and solid depth.  When you hit on most of your picks you free up a lot of cap space for those one- or two-year players to fill spots you are thin at. No GM is going to perfect on all their picks.  You're going to whiff every once in a while.  That was Hurney problem.  He'd nail the first pick but after that it was reach after reach and we couldn't get any depth on this team. I'm excited about Morgan as our GM and hopefully he'll be around a long time.  It will be even better if Canales can continue to grow as a head coach, both in the development of young players and play calling. I remember last season after Young came back in the lineup and started to perform well.  We saw different plays I had only seen other teams use.   If Canales's play design and play calling continue to grow. Morgan and Canales will be linked together for a long time.  It would be nice to see a Coach and GM together for a decade or two. Go Panthers
    • They also came out for the encore and the singers were dressed in canes jerseys. Pretty fuging cool.
    • She kicked ass. Obviously not the same but it’s an absolute pleasure to see this band live. What a great evening.
