Funny that the title of this thread called for the JD haters but all the sniffers showed up ;)

I don't know about calling myself a "Blind Delhomme Jock Sniffer" but I sure as hell think he is able to lead this team to a SB and can be one of the best in the league. He hasn't been as good this year as in the past IMO but that doesn't mean that he won't be hot in the playoffs.

so culpepper is better than jake, ty LT pinkerton. he is 9th on the all time list. puts alot into perspective.

Yea it just shows how much that list doesn't mean poo.

Only 8 of the 20 posted on there have won SB's.

So less than half of the best rated passers in NFL history have rings, passer rating-worthless stat.

Passer rating is an individual stat....I look at SB wins as more of a team stat.

Agreed. Unless some here think that Mark Rypien and Trent Dilfer are better QB's than Dan Fouts and Dan Marino.

Also, Eli Manning and Jake Delhomme both have one Super Bowl appearance. Is there anyone that seriously believes Eli had a better superbowl than Jake did. Regardless of the outcome, Jake played his ass off in that Superbowl while Eli was ok in his one superbowl appearance.

Jake has been a "learn as U go" quarterback. Fox is stuck on him like Parcells gets stuck on QB's..they've both learned about each other as the years have progressed. I didn't realize how important Jake was until last season when he got injured. Most QB's come in the league with the experience and bring their experience 2 the team..JAKE however...has gone through a learning process over the years from my point of view..and it's just now starting 2 pay off and work in his favor.

    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
    • 1.) LaMelo 2.) Kon 3.} Miller 4.. Giannis 5.) Moose   1.) Coby 2.) ? 3.) Sion 4.) Miles Bridges 5.) Kalk That squad would win multiple chips.
