so if we got a 2nd for marshall and then signed jason avant/whoever, took someone like jerry hughes(DE) in the 2nd and then mardy gilyard/andre roberts/dezmon briscoe in the 3rd...you wouldnt be happy with that?

Do people understand you are really dependeing ALOT of draft magic. Then On alot of Rookies able too make a impact right away. Now who is unrealitic here?

I hope we don't lose Marshall we already have had enough turn over on this roster.

Jason Avant is an RFA and was tendered at a 2nd rd level. we could sign him in FA and send whichever 2nd rd pick to the eagles, and still have a 2nd rd pick.

I like lance moore and mark clayton but I hope we wouldnt give up a draft pick for them, if anything y not get antonio bryant? I was hoping for nate burleson but he's gone so maybe we can draft one and hopefully dont do like we do every year and trade our next years first. It's almost like richardson is straying away from paying a first round pick since we got otah and stewart in the same year

We gotta hope that

#1 - Matt Moore proves that he is legit: I think he will

#2 - Fox learns how to draft a #2 and possibly a #3: Very pessimistic about this...

#3 - Everette Brown AND Charles Johnson have to step up at DE: ??? :confused:

#4 - Louis Leonard/Tank Tyler/Corvey Irvin have to step up at DT: ??? :confused:

#5 - Dan Connor/James Anderson have to step up at SLB: I'm actually encouraged by this...Dan Connor fan

#6 - Another CB for depth and to replace Wesley: Let's not forget...Wesley was a beast on ST and had a role on our defense in the Joker position

#7 - KR or PR: Pessimistic about this...

#8 - Duke Robinson/M. Berna. step up for Keydric Vincent.

Now we still have time to re-sign players or sign new ones. But, I feel like we should at least try to keep the defense intact more. We only have 5 draft picks...and I think 1 comp. pick coming...
