that's the interesting part...

in only 4 of those 14 games did williams have more attempts than stewart.

4 of them had the carries split 50/50 (within 1 attempt of each other). stewart's stats were equal to or better than williams's in 3 of these 4.

3 of them williams never step foot on the field.

I probably shouldn't have carries. Pretty much what I meant is that when stewart is going well it means williams is doing well. So it's a little hard to judge his impact on the team. It's pretty obvious he would do just fine without williams due to 09 but at the same time he hasn't had the chance to prove it very much.

The only games I know where stewart has really taken over the game from williams is the Bears 08. Otherwise they've been pretty equal or williams has more.
