now we have.. And this will be my attempt to fill holes in the roster imagined and not. With players that fit and with names no one will be able to pronounce.

2nd. Andre Roberts WR / Citadel = hands receiver

3rd. Taylor Price WR / Ohio = fast receiver

4th. Daniel Te'o Nesheim DE / Washington = Mathis?

6th. Earl Mitchell DT / Arizona = undersized Under tackle

6th.Barry Church SS / Toledo = special teams and in box SS

6th. Mike Kafka QB / Northwestern = backup QB

7th. Rico McCoy OLB / Tennessee = backup OLB

7th. Leigh Tiffen K / Alabama = big legged kicker

I don't like that draft at all. I can really see us getting Taylor Price from Ohio because we have been looking at him pretty hard but getting Andre Roberts in the second round is too high. I would rather us get Demaryius Thomas or trade down and get shipley. Roberts does how ever look look pretty talented and I actually never knew much about him till I saw this video and read this

Roberts looks like a good player but I think we can get him in the 3rd or fourth round.

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
