Is anyone else tired of this nonsense? I mean seriously, the man rushed for 77 yds!! This is why I'm starting to hate Nfl Network(Deion & TD) and Espn(Nfl Live)..why is everyone overreacting? I've heard more about how the edge got his groove back than double trouble...I'm pretty sure someone out there in Panther Nation feels my pain. Enough is enough when was the last time this guy ran for 100 yds...He is not a threat to the Panthers. How can some of these guys come on national television and say ignorant crap like this and keep their job?:mad:

Anyway you look at it, their team finally ran to set up the pass. It's not part of the Cardinals routine, and it proved effective against the Falcons. The actual number of rushing yards isn't important.

Man you sound just like Terrel Davis and that's my whole point! My point is fug the Cardinals..what is up with all the hype? They spend a whole segment talking about them clowns and we get a "well carolina has a dynamic running game" or "well carolina is undefeated at home" and that's all..These guys get paid to talk about the playoff teams and i've heard the same garbage on every show..I know we like to be flying under the radar but GCOUULD LORD!!! It's getting out of hand now..I've never in my life seen a #2 seed get disrespected as much as the Panthers.

This Cardinal fan would trade you two Edges for 2008's D. Williams. I wanted the Cardinals to draft Mendenhall or Stewart in the first round this year to replace Edge (but in retrospect am glad we took DRC and got Hightower in the 5th). But I'll just say this...since Edge got his starting job back I have never seen him run anything close to what he's done the last 2 games. He looks like the old Colt's Edge. Maybe that's just one of our desert mirages, but he is playing for pride, for resume (almost a sure thing he'll go to another team next year) and he's got plenty of playoff experience.

You're right though. I've chuckled at all the media saying because of 2 games we're now "balanced". On offense this game is about Warner and Fitz/Boldin/Breaston/Urban/Doucet.

I'm just a little pissed off at espn and nfl network because you got all day to talk football and all the panthers get is a couple highlights of double trouble...I don't know if anyone saw Gary Williams from "the page" on Espn yesterday but I really liked how he stepped up to defend the home team..

      Kon and Salaun each had 20 points and 5 threes. Both players are only 20 years old. Pair that with the other rookies who are also showcasing early glimpses and we have a very solid young core. Going forward not only do we need to solve the LaMelo Ball conundrum we also need to leave no stone unturned in looking at potential head coaching upgrades. I like Charles Lee in general but I just don't know that he is the guy to shape this roster into a contender. I think we need someone with more experience who can unlock the potential of the young players.

      There can be multiple truths simultaneously. Evero and the defense have undoubtedly been a reinvigorated force and it has been a collaborative improvement no doubt. However there have been instances where he had fueled criticism of his scheme and his playcalls. But that has happened with all of our former defensive coordinators even ones who are highly regarded in franchise history. And there is also the elephant in the room which is the salary cap allocation to his side of the ball which is bottom 5 in the league for the year. There's only so much you can realistically expect from any coordinator with that circumstance. And right now they are certainly overachieving which is a great sign for the culture we're trying to build here. All that being said though. Evero. Much like Canales and our starting QB. Still has to get out there and establish some sustained success more than one or two games at a time. Finishing the season strong is what we need to see.

      I don’t care who was DC they were not going to have a chance they way the defense was neglected for the better part of three years.    Get him some more talent. Or whoever is DC.    As far as Evero, why go sideways when you have almost gotten a thing built? Tepper can’t stop him from taking a HC gig, and if I were him - unless I really hated it here - I’d wait for the HC opportunity.    Continuity is super important and we haven’t had it for years now, but are getting some.  Try to keep it.
