Personally I hope we can work something out with Tampa. They also have two #2 selections, and I expect they may go WR in the second, so getting their pick would help secure a tate or thomas if they're both there in the second. St. Louis could go WR, but Detroit definitely wont.

I was really opposed to Thomas at first, but I have gotten to like him a little better...

If he can be healthy and learn to run routes, I'll take that pick...

Yeah the biggest thing with Thomas is that his raw, but if he can refine his game. . .look out.

I actually like Tate better for his ability to contribute immediately, but I think Thomas has a higher ceiling.

If we get either of those guys, I'll be stoked.

Hell, I'd be stoked if got Benn as well.

Like I said in the draft forum, if the picks remain as they currently are, Bryant will be the only receiver taken in the first round.

You have a lot of optimism...I believe Bryant is gone by 20, and Thomas by the end of the 1st. I think you will have the teams at the end of the first who can take time to develop Thomas and wouldn't pass up his athletic abilities.

That said I do believe everyone else will be picked in the second. Looking at the teams ahead of us I believe there can be a run on Wr's before we pick.

I've been up and down on Tate. At first he was my number 1 guy... that my man love for him cooled off a bit... Now I am warming backup to the idea. At the same time I wouldn't mind Having Williams from USC either.
