Do you think Fox stuck with Delhomme too long?

yes, Jake did a lot of good, but last year was a disaster, the Bills and Jets games he lost himself.

Do you think Fox has more commitment to win or more commitment to players?

Fox wouldn't see it that way; I'm sure he plays who he believes will help him win. But He does have some guys that become "his guys"; we saw it will Foster over Williams and Jake over Matt. Fox develops blind spots.

Do you think Fox deserves some credit for being loyal to Delhomme?

I give him credit for not throwing him under the bus after the Cardinal playoff loss, but its completely negated by his stubborn refusal to make a change last season.

Do you think Fox has a lack of confidence in Moore?

A lack of confidence or a personality clash. It does appear that Fox doesn't have a great love for Moore. Perhaps its Moore's supposed "laid-back" personality or Fox's affection for Jake. But the Panthers took two QB's and made quite clear in post draft comments that the job is open for Clausen not a ringing endorsement. After Jake's playoff debacle, they were clear that Jake was still the man. I would think that the way Moore rallied the team to .500 last year; he deserved a little more consideration as a starter; even if his name was only written in pencil.

Of course I'm sure its not lost on Fox that Moore made him look rather foolish for not pulling Jake earlier last season, after Moore played so well and the team went 4-1.

That's something that I hadn't thought about.
