Good shoe for workin out?

Do the reebok's have an arch? I'm not really happy with my NB. I spend about an hour on the treadmill, and then do weight training.

Best thing to do is go to a running store and talk to people who know about what shoes are best for what feet and what activty. Try several makes, styles, etc that they might recommend and find the one that is most comfortable for you and suits what you are wanting them for. Avoid department store "running" shoes at all costs. They simply aren't made the same as those sold in the specialty stores. Spend the extra $40-$50 and they will last 3x's as long as a $60 pair of NB, ASICs, Reeboks, etc. from Kohl's.

barefoot running > shoe running.

all sort of reasons why, i have a 6 page article that speaks on the reasons why(dont want to dig). basically people that have never wore shoes have 10x better feet than those who have and longer the use, higher the %. by around 80 years old nearly all Americans/Europeans have some sort of foot issues. while other people who never wore shoes, have little to no issues. i believe the guy who won the boston(or NY?) marathon ran bare footed.

shoes wreck your feet. i'm not saying junk all your shoes and go BF at times. just try it out and go form there. i mix it up. plus i will add I talked to two rehab specialist and they didnt like the idea of going bf, they believe your feet need support. plus age, weight, how in-shape you plays a role(a big one). its not for all.

I am cracking up at this review of the Vibram's I found:

When I have nothing but these shoes on my feet and my ipod strapped to my arm I feel nothing but freedom. I feel like I am a spartan warrior preparing for battle, the calm before the storm. It's exciting, the feel of the street, the wind, it's like being a little kid again. I sometimes find myself running so hard I throw up, then I just laugh and run right back to my car it's great. Everyone needs a pair!!!! Who knew jaming and running in these ugly shoes could be so amazing!!!!!

    • They are 1 and 9 against the  Bucs in the past 10 games. the Panthers go as young goes.  QB1 ‘s are suppose to dictate and overcome  and elevate Everything the QB does affects every part of the team and Bryce is uneven. Canales and Bryce have  an uneven relationship too  as for Evero, the only thing that might save him is the injury to Baker’s left shoulder and oline injuries. I don’t even know how he is out there   I really feel their season ended last Sunday Canales’ division record isn’t great   Getting owned by the Saints and Bucs isn’t a good look
    • Frankly surprised by the amount of people that want to hang Evero. This was a defense that was almost universally considered the bottom of the barrel before this season started. We’ve managed to stat our way to the middle of the pack whatever that means. Those critical of the zone schemes, what do you want? When even JC is getting burnt one on one by Olave you have little choice. There definitely have been moments where the zone blitz stuff has bit us. That said, are the third string linebackers (and nick Scott) covering poo anyway? This unit had only conceded 10 points going into the fourth quarter despite a litany of bullshit penalties on both sides. Them over performing is the biggest reason we are still in playoff contention.
