If (I mean when) we make it to the Super Bowl...

I want to do something ridiculous to show support for our Panthers,

and I mean RIDICULOUS! I'm talking carrying a torch from Charlotte

to Tampa ridiculous. I know we still got a lot to take care of, but let's

start throwin out some ideas. I heard recently that some of the team

wish they felt the same support as some of the older and bigger market

fans provide. Let's give them something news-worthy.

Something easy that we can start doing now is to let bars and restaurants know

that fans want Charlotte businesses to get some spirit going! They'll give

us what we want.

I will cut out Kris Jenkin's heart and give it to Jerry Richardson so he can be healthy enough to make the trip to Tampa. Is that news worthy? Get well Big Cat!!

P.S. I'm sure Jenks wouldn't mind donating his heart to a team he claims has none anyway. I mean, it's not like he is in the postseason right now...

    • Care to elaborate why you disagree? We kicked the ball off 3 times and we kept the Browns to starting field position of the 22, 27, and 10 (would have been 21 before a penalty). All 3 of those are successes with the modern kickoff rule.
    • Its August so obviously quality options are not there. The question is whether any improvement can be made to the bottom of the depth chart.
    • NFL has a huge amount of parity.  The talent level between most NFL starters outside of the top 5 to 10 guys at a position is very comparable.  2020 worst teams Jacksonville Jaguars - 1-15 (worst record in NFL) New York Jets - 2-14 Cincinnati Bengals - 4-11-1 Atlanta Falcons - 4-12 Houston Texans - 4-12 Carolina Panthers - 5-11 Detroit Lions - 5-11 Philadelphia Eagles - 4-11-1 Los Angeles Chargers - 7-9 Denver Broncos - 5-11 2024 Worst teams New York Giants - 3-14 (tied for worst) Cleveland Browns - 3-14 (tied for worst) Tennessee Titans - 3-14 (tied for worst) New England Patriots - 4-13 Carolina Panthers - 5-12 Jacksonville Jaguars - 4-13 Las Vegas Raiders - 4-13 New York Jets - 5-12 Chicago Bears - 5-12 Arizona Cardinals - 8-9 Bengals, Texans, Lions, Eagles, Broncos and the Jags have all made the the playoffs in the last 3 years. What I'm saying is it's stupid to argue when team is the worst when there is so much parity and the system allows quick turnarounds.
