My fantasy rankings for 2010.

Thought I would share. Keep in mind I go for more of the safe pick players.

1. Maurice Jones-Drew: Yeah, I know, I am just about the only person to list him here, however he deserves to be here. He is bar none the safest rb pick in FF. I was very tempted to put Peterson here but he does have that fumbling issue, it hurt his confidence and he has a new goal line vulture in Gerhart. MJD has no one to take away carries, he is Jax best weapon, but not the only one so the D cannot stack against him. He will get his carries and his catches and will have amazing production. Injury is the only concern if anything, but he has no injury history so I wouldn't even worry about it.

Prediction: 1,600 yards, 16 tds, 550 rec yards, 2 rec tds.

2. Adrian Peterson: He has been so consistently amazing, it's scary. He is such a physical freak and he has Brett Favre making defenses respect him, so much upside it's crazy. However like I stated before he has Favre behind him, thus taking scores and yardage away. He has a fumbling issue, a confidence issue, and now has a goal line vulture. He could be taken first overall and no one would argue it, he is safe bet for 1,200+ 8+ tds.

Prediction: 1,850 yards, 10 tds. 250 rec, 0 rec tds.

3. Ray Rice: He practically was the Ravens offense last year, he was such a threat in every aspect of the game and I think he stays that way. His low center of gravity allows him to break lose out of all the high tackles and light hits, and he is speedy as all heck. Plus with the accusation of Boldin it will allow him to run with more room along with Boldin being a heck of a blocker, and with that awesome o-line infront I do not doubt he will produce. However there is a lot of risk with him, Willis Mcgahee is right there waiting for those goal line carries, he did have a little bit of a turn over problem there for a little bit, regardless I like him and think he is a safe pick.

Prediction: 1,450 yards, 6 tds, 750 rec yards, 3 rec tds.

4. Aaron Rodgers: Rodgers is an elite fantasy qb, he has such amazing weapons around him, and he is just great at his job. He is amazingly accurate and has a huge arm, and even if he doesn't have a great day throwing the ball, you know he will bail you out with a running td. There really isn't much explaining to do, look at last years numbers and realize he progresses every year.

Prediction: 4,700 passing yards, 37 tds, 9 ints, 300 rush yards, 3 rush tds

5. Chris Johnson: I honestly wouldn't touch Johnson this year, I think he will have a major drop off next year. Look at the history of backs who have had 2,000 yard seasons, and look at next years, most of his runs came from 30+ yard runs, look at rbs with 8+ 30 yard runs and then the next year. It just looks bad for him. He will be schemed against even with VY throwing, they will be down a lot with a bad D thus making the titans throw a lot more. However I could be totally wrong and he could have another amazing season, if he is here you have to grab him, and if you have my thought process on him, trade him.

My prediction: 1,100 yards, 5 tds, 400 rec yards, 4 rec tds.

More realistic prediction: 1,450 yards, 9 tds, 570 rec yards, 6 rec tds.

i agree with what you said about mjd. i have him 2nd on my rankings. here is my top 10.

1-Ray Rice-Beast. if it wasnt for Le'Ron McClain getting most of the goal line touches, Ray could end up with 15 rushing TD's.

2-Maurice Jones-Drew-Jacksonville doesnt have a decent enough backup to spell MJD as much. they have a potentially good O-line. the only problem I see is there is hardly any passing game in Jacksonville, so teams could just study up on him.

3-Chris Johnson-he got most of is big yard games when kerry collins was lined up under center...thats why he had so many yards

4-Adrian Peterson-mr. fumblitis. if he didnt have that problem, he could potentially end up the best RB in NFL history.

5-Peyton Manning-has probably the best WR core in the NFL in Wayne, Gonzalez, Garcon, Collie, and Clark.

6-Aaron Rodgers-is on more of a passing team, and has some reliable targets in Driver, Jennings, Jones, Nelson, Finley, and Lee.

7-Frank Gore-If not for the injury's, he would be on the same level as a healthy Steven Jackson.

8-Drew Brees-Is on a team, with 2 good RB's in Pierre Thomas and Reggie Bush.

9-Andre Johnson-simply the best WR in the NFL.

10-Steven Jackson-if he was 100%, he would be above where Gore is.

I agree that there is some concern there, but I wouldn't talk that poorly about Johnson. I think he is still good. However, all you really have to do is spend your top pick on someone else and Johnson will be someone else's problem.
