I do remember, somewhat drunkenly, writing the schedule down and sifting through (what I thought to be) probable wins/losses/toss-ups, and eventually proclaiming to my wife that there was no way the Panthers could lose more than 8 games, and would probably win 10 or 11. I sure hope I didn't post that sh!t anywhere...

I was thinking the same thing. In actuality, the schedule is about what I thought it would be. A mediocre team would be sitting @ 7+ wins right now (hence, Tampa). Having assumed that the offensive line would carry over from where last year left off, I (like the vast majority of people on here) was WAY off. I don't think anyone envisioned the level of ineptitude of our OLine >> Offense. What happened between then and now? The only thing I can think of is what one astute poster mentioned:

The ref is behind the LOS now. Apparently the success of our OLine was due to our ability to get away with holding penalties.
