4-12? What are you smoking? I'm seriously beginning to believe that Carolina has the biggest fairweather fan base in the NFL. We went 12-4 against a tough schedule. We had one bad game and all the sudden we're going to be one of the worst teams in the NFL even though we'll have almost the exact same team next year? Get a grip.

We aren't being fairweather, just being realistic.

And we had several bad games this year. This ones just worse because its such a big game. Theres no excuse for not showing up. Couple it with Fox never having two winning seasons in a row, what looks to be one of the toughest schedules next yearand... yup, we wont be 12-4 again. I do, however, think we'll win more than 4 games.

unfortunately, i can see a losing record. Atlanta, New Orleans (if they get some defensive players. Also, they went 8-8 with 19 on IR) will be good next year.

I can easily see us getting 3rd place in the division with the tough schedule (I think Tampa will fall apart with Monte leaving and old vets retiring)

No problem. Tell it like it is coach.

How bad could 3 or 4 more years of rebuilding be anyway?

With Elway.

That's a hell of a thing to leave out, man.

So... Elway lost it twice in embarassing defeats. Then won it twice in a row 8 years later.

Delhomme could've won it the 1st time, and also broke some records doing it. Not defending him, just sayin...

    • Very True--and I am a former HS English teacher.
    • Not a Moore fan-but he had a few good games last year-but I want players that scare you--Renfrow's route running and intelligence, Legette's size, speed, and strength, AT's intelligence and route running, Coker's body control, strong hands, and abilty to win contested catches, and TMac's size, body control, and ability to find soft spots in zone coverages.  Horn gives them the ability to stretch the field and he plays special teams.   Moore has a nice smile and can dance.  He filled in well last season, but to get better as a team, you have to upgrade your players.  I think Moore is a bottom of the roster guy who got bumped when we drafted 2 WRs and signed a legit free agent.  Here is the thing--TMac makes us better because he is great against the zone--man?  Good luck with that.  AT's role can be reduced, and that is probably a good thing.  He can specialize in situational football. Coker?  Just getting started. XL?  Just getting started.  Drafting TMac was probably a bit of a wake up call, but XL will be better as the 2. Renfrow?  I see him splitting reps with AT--keeping both fresh and giving different looks. Horn?  Watch the safety cheat his side when he is in the game--I see a young Steve Smith type in him, but he has yet to play a game.  I hear that Morgan loves him.
