I like Body Combat better. I've done the cycling before though. pain in the ass...literally
I've not heard of body combat. I teach a boot camp class and trust me you'll be sore all over for the first few sessions. If you take cycle consistently( 3 times a week) for a few weeks the pain goes away.

For you Charlotte peps I teach several classes from athletic conditioning to total strength at the UC location and will have my personal trainer's certification by the end of the month :-)
