My phone is having a mental breakdown...

Recently my phone lost a friends number by striking his name from the contacts. I found his name pasted over my home number.

One girl's named got pasted over another friend's number. His number is now gone.

Weirdest of all one of my other friends name's is now over the number for my voicemail.

WTF I'm thinking about taking it in and seeing if I can trade it out. This is weird. Won't be long until tries to kill me and steal all of my friends. I know that's what it's up too.

Is it the motorola droid? I have a few people come to the store with this problem and to be honest, if a hard reset doesn't fix the problem I have called the various carriers and have been told the same thing. If your phone is still under the 1 year warranty it is worth taking it to you respective carrier's corporate store (make sure repair shop is included, so call ahead) and have them look at it. If you are a confrontive person you will get things corrected or get a new (probably refurbished) phone. If you bought it at Radioshack, Best Buy etc... don't go there as they are indirect retailers and only cover through 30 days (14 with Tmobile).

The new flash 10.1 update contained a security breach apparently (as did the PC version). FWIW.
