Because people where neg repping opposing fans for no good reason. Mods cant change rep so they get stuck in smack. If people would ignore idiot posters they will go away.

I cant ban people for being idiots. If I did only a handful of posters could post.

I know... but it is irritating to have them posting in the Panthers forum and not be able to do much about it.

Might get Zod to approve us to ban posters that troll and let the Mods decide if poster should be banned after receiving alot of neg rep.

That's what I was thinking... it's not really fair to have someone moved to Smack if only one or two people neg them, but if 5 or 10 do, something's up and they need to be looked at.
