not sure how you guys can praise jerry richardson so much and say this is an exception to the norm, and he has a history of success.

The Carolina Panthers have the 25th highest winning percentage in NFL history. Since 1995 the Carolina Panthers have to the playoffs 4 times and are in danger of having their second 1 win season in the past decade. The cols have made the playoffs 4 times in the last 4 years. Just saying Jerry Richardson is not what you guys on these boards make him out to be.
