that is awesome and a huge honor for sure!!!

couple things though...why did it take 3 years to get it and it surprises me that it's been so long since it's been awarded.

Its Congressional so it takes Congress awhile to get to it. Like GaziVicious said it takes awhile to go from unit level up.

I like the standards in which it is set at. Makes it hard to give away and you know that person actually earned it unlike some other Medals.
