Position ratings/breakdown

Does anyone know the site that has been used before on this site that rates each position and how they stack up against the rest of the league?

profootballfocus i think. I heard they make you pay for it now.

stats is a crapshoot anyway unless it's used as a side dish to observations.

But they seem to do pretty well. There is always a correlation between good/bad.

thanks, that is what I thought it was and went there.....but it says you have to pay for it. Just wanted to make sure that was it.
