$249 seems a little steep ... tell us if it's worth it. What service provider do u have for tv?

I think it is worth it. I am just using it for browsing the internet while watching TV. I use DTV and it can search for shows etc. Android market will be coming soon to it which will make it 100x better. It also links to my ipad, itouch and droid x. It also supports flash so pron sites and other streaming sites all work perfectly.
