I am not debating whether my respect matters to JR, you're going off track. I am also not debating whether he deserves it or not. I am pointing out the kind of people who do respect JR and why they do so.

Yes we offered to pay pep, but we also held out for an unrealistic two first round trade for him. The fact remains, the situation ended like crap.

No coach wants to go somewhere where they are going to get the axe dropped on them after two seasons..

You're exactly right, now how long were all the coaches we just let go on the team before they got the axe?

There are two sides to the argument. Things management does poorly and things they do well, however labeling them 'stable' is very inaccurate. We are not the Steelers despite what JR and some fans want to believe.

we're not the top franchise in the league but we're in the top half...

I don't know that Denver still is, but I suppose you never know. Ultimately I think it will come down to a number of things, ranging from money to control over their side of the ball.
