Thanks. D. Smith needs to know when his ass is kicked. His empty threats, comments to the press against owners, press conferences, etc. are all smokescreens. He has nothing.

He is only sitting down to talk because he has to give an appearance of negotiatiing.

About the owners opening their books--that should probably be done, but it needs to be done by independent accounting firms. I would be damned if I would let them see the books and take stuff out of context to the press.

the NFL doesn't have to open their books and never will. Judge Doty has no choice but to follow the law and the lower arbitrator followed the law so sorry NFLPA you lose again.

The Players better poo can smith asap and get someone else in there.
