• Have another good draft - we seem to be better at it than free agency - focus on defense.
• Give Bryce 5th year option but not mega contract - if we regress he could well be a casualty of restructure unless he continues to progress.
• I think we need a better O line coach - it might be one of our strengths talent wise but is very inconsistent.
• Replace D Coordinator
• Hire a play caller - I don't think it's Canales' strength and he needs a better focus on overall game as he's made some poor game decisions.
• Most shocking of all - have another season where Tepper isn't making news. He's been much closer to a normal human than in previous seasons.  As much as it pains one to compliment him, he has stayed in the background for the most part.

Good call. We need a legit speed #3 WR (Coker should have the #2 role locked down). Between the draft and FA we need edge, linebacker, safety starters. We could also use help at TE such as Likely from the Ravens to add to the rotation.
